Sweet Chilli Noodles

Delicious fast food with flavours from Asian cuisine.

  • 4 servings


  • 200 g Egg Noodles
  • 400 g Shredded Pork
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 400 g Mixed Vegetables (such as salad, pepper, or leek)
  • 1 tbsp Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 75 ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Japanese Soy
  • 250 ml Cooking Cream


Step 1

Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.

Step 2

Brown the meat with butter, a little at a time, in a wok or large frying pan. Salt and remove the meat from the heat.

Step 3

Fry the vegetables and stir in the meat, ginger, sweet chilli sauce, soy and cream. Let it boil.

Step 4

Sieve the noodles and mix them with meat and vegetables. Let everything boil for a minute. Serve immediately.
