- 200 g Egg Noodles
- 400 g Shredded Pork
- 2 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Salt
- 400 g Mixed Vegetables (such as salad, pepper, or leek)
- 1 tbsp Grated Fresh Ginger
- 75 ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Japanese Soy
- 250 ml Cooking Cream
Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
Brown the meat with butter, a little at a time, in a wok or large frying pan. Salt and remove the meat from the heat.
Fry the vegetables and stir in the meat, ginger, sweet chilli sauce, soy and cream. Let it boil.
Sieve the noodles and mix them with meat and vegetables. Let everything boil for a minute. Serve immediately.
