Stuffed Pancakes

Forget crepes Suzette, because here is a recipe for half a dozen Swedish pancakes filled with raisins!

  • 250 g Quark
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 40 g Caster Sugar
  • 80 g Feta/Salad Raisins
  • Zest Of 1 Lemon
  • 4 Large Pancakes
  • Icing Sugar


Step 1

Mix together quark, egg yolk, sugar, raisins and lemon zest.

Step 2

Spread the filling on the pancakes. Roll or fold them together.

Step 3
