Salmon Burgers

A wonderful, juicy salmon burger that can be "rustled up" quickly using a food processor. Panko is Japanese breadcrumbs.

  • 4 servings


  • 1 Shallot
  • 500 g Salmon Fillet
  • 2 tbsp Creme Fraiche
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 10 g Finely Chopped Leaf Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • Sliced Tomato


  • Tomato Tartare
  • Oven Roasted Vegetables


Step 1

Cut the salmon into pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix all ingredients except butter in a food processor.

Step 2

Form into 4 large or 8 small burgers. Fry them in the butter for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Step 3

Serve in hamburger buns with the toppings.
