- 50 ml White Wine
- ½ g Saffron
- 250 g Quark
- ½ Small Red Onion
- 1 Celery Stalk
- 1 Pinch Salt And Pepper
- 1 Pinch Sugar
Mix the wine and saffron in a small saucepan, gently heating for no longer than 1 minute.
Let it cool. Peel and chop the onion. Slice the celery thinly.
Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper and some sugar.
Allow to stand in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
