- 100 g Smoked Ham In Thin Slices
- 500 g Frozen Minced Kale
- 25 g Butter
- 5 Eggs
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Coarse Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- 150 g Cheddar
- 240 g Roasted Whole Grain Rye Stale Bread
Turn on the oven.
Drain the kale well of any liquid. Cut the ham into strips.
Place the butter in an ovenproof dish (approximately 25 x 30 cm) and let the butter melt in the oven.
Beat the egg, milk, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Add the kale, ham and 2/3 of the cheese. Pour it into the dish and sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.
Place the Kale Omelette in the middle of the oven - until it solidifies and is golden. Bake for 15 minutes at 225 °.
