Garlic and Chilli Prawns

Spicy garlic prawns! Fast, delicious and a little luxurious, guaranteed to be a success!

  • 400 g Large Peeled Prawns
  • 1 Fresh Red Chilli
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander
  • ½ tbsp Pressed Lemons
  • 2 Pinches Salt


Step 1

Deseed and chop the garlic. Slice the chilli and fry in butter with the garlic, ginger and cumin, for about 1 minute.

Step 2

Add the prawns and fry for about 2 minutes. Season with coriander, lemon juice and salt.
