Fruit Salad

Fruit salad is never a bad decision, and is always a great start to any morning, luxury snack or as a fresh dessert. Vary the fruits and berries and serve with cottage cheese, Greek yogurt or ice cream.

  • 4 servings


  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Red Grapefruit
  • 1 Apple
  • 200 g Sweet Melons
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 Pot Of Fresh Mint
  • 250 g Cottage Cheese
  • Possibly 1 tbsp Honey


Step 1

Cut off the peel and cut the orange and red grapefruit into segments.

Step 2

Core the apple and cut into pieces. Remove the skin and seeds of the melon, and cut into pieces.

Step 3

Clean and cut the strawberries into halves. Put everything in a bowl.

Step 4

Add the mint leaves and mix it with the fruit. Drizzle honey over the fruit salad and serve with cottage cheese.
