- 200 g Strawberry Yogurt
- 150 g Frozen Strawberries
- 2½ tbsp Honey
- Fresh Lemon Balm Leaf
- Possibly Fresh Strawberries
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend at lowest speed for approximately 45 seconds or until the frozen berries are broken down.
Pour the mixture into a freezing dish and place it covered in the freezer for approximately 2½ hours.
Whip the mixture 2-3 times during freezing. The frozen yogurt is now soft and ready for serving.
