- 160 g Reducted Fat Grated Cheddar
- 1 Grilled Chicken
- 200 ml Creme Fraiche
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Fresh Chives
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 1 Head Of Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Apple
- 5 Slices White Stale Bread
Slice the chicken and remove any bones and skin. Cut the meat into pieces.
Mix together the cheese, crème fraîche, mustard, chives and salt.
Tear the lettuce into pieces. Peel, core and slice the apple.
Combine the chicken, lettuce, apple and cheese in a large dish.
Toast the bread. Cut it into cubes and sprinkle over the salad.
