Coconut Fish
Easy to cook coconut fish with influences from Asian cuisine - delicious and really easy to cook!

Ingredients
Main Fillet
- 500 g Fillet
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Butter
Sauce
- 250 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Chicken Stock
Additions
- 1 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
- Juice
- tsp Sambal Oeleks
Method
Step 1
Divide the fish into portions. Salt and coat the fish with breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Brown the fish on both sides in butter in a frying pan.
Step 3
Mix together the ingredients for the sauce. Pour it into the frying pan around the fish. Let the fish simmer in the sauce for 3–4 minutes.
