Coconut Biscuits

  • 50 g Coconut Flour
  • 100 g Ice Cold Butter
  • 200 g Wheat Flour
  • tsp Fine Salt
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Water


Step 1

Blend coconut flour till it becomes fine. Rub the butter into the wheat flour and then add the coconut flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.

Step 2

Beat in the egg with water and use it to make the dough.

Roll the dough out and cut out square biscuits. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and prick them with a fork.
