Chicken Salad with Mixed Salad Leaves

A firm favourite salad that you can easily make with roasted chicken. Serve with a creamy dressing of avocado and sour cream.

  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Roast Cooked Chicken
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1000 g Mixed Green Salad
  • 120 g Croutons

Avocado dressing

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 tsp Pressed Lemon Juice
  • 300 ml Sour Cream
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper


Step 1

Cut the chicken from the leg. Halve the tomatoes. Cut the cucumber into halves and slice.

Step 2

Wrap chicken meat and vegetables in a bowl or on a dish. Sprinkle with croutons.

Step 3

Peel, seed and mash the avocados. Mix with lemon juice and sour cream. Salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing on the salad."
