- 100 g Grated Mexican Cheese
- 125 g Sifting Flour
- 250 g Wheat Flour
- 25 g Yeast
- 250 ml Warm Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Coarse Salt
- Whipped Egg
Mix cheese and the two kinds of flour in a bowl (keep a little wheat flour). Stir the yeast into water. Add the butter, sugar, salt and flour to the mixture. Mix the dough well together.
