Brownies
A recipe for American brownies, filled with nuts and lots of chocolate - just like brownies should be. Yum!

Ingredients
- 100 g Hazelnuts
- 200 g Butter
- 120 g Cocoa
- 3 Eggs
- 240 g Caster Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Sugar
- 180 g Wheat Flour
- tsp Baking Soda
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 175 °.
Step 2
Cut baking paper in a square shape, about 20 x 30 cm.
Step 3
Chop the nuts.
Step 4
Melt the butter and stir in the cocoa.
Step 5
Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Fold in the cocoa mixture, salt, vanilla powder, nuts and flour mixed with baking soda. Spread the mixture into the tin.
Step 6
Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool and cut the cake into squares. Store in a refrigerator.
