Banana pancakes

Easy and delicious banana pancakes that everyone loves!

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Bananas
  • 125 g Cottage Cheese
  • 50 g Butter


  • Sliced Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Handful of Blueberries
  • 1 Sliced Banana


Step 1

Mash the bananas and mix with the eggs and cottage cheese to create the batter.

Step 2

Melt butter in a hot frying pan and then pour circles of batter into the pan.

Step 3

Wait until bubbles form on the top then flip your pancake to cook the other side. Serve your pancakes with your favourite toppings such as berries or syrup!
