White chocolate mousse
This classic white chocolate mousse is a favourite dessert; it simply melts in your mouth! Serve in a glass and decorate with fresh or frozen berries for the perfect combination.

Ingredients
- 150 g White Chocolate
- 200 ml Whipped Cream
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Quark
- 1 Handful Berries
Method
Step 1
Beat the cream. Melt the chocolate on low heat over a water bath.
Step 2
Beat the egg and add the chocolate with vigorous stirring.
Step 3
Stir in the quark and then the cream. Pour the mousse into small glasses. Leave the glasses in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Step 4
Top the mousse with berries when serving.
