- 150 g White Chocolate
- 200 ml Whipped Cream
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Quark
- 1 Handful Berries
Beat the cream. Melt the chocolate on low heat over a water bath.
Beat the egg and add the chocolate with vigorous stirring.
Stir in the quark and then the cream. Pour the mousse into small glasses. Leave the glasses in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Top the mousse with berries when serving.
