- 300 g Courgettes
- 500 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 175 g Feta/Salad Cheese
- 150 ml White Sauce
- 1 Crushed Garlic Clove
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Thyme
Heat the oven to 250 °.
Cut the courgette into 2 cm pieces. Slice the tomatoes into halves.
Fry the courgette in butter in a hot frying pan until it is coloured.
Add the courgette and tomatoes to an ovenproof dish.
Mash the cheese and mix with cream, garlic, pepper and thyme.
Spread the mix over the vegetables. Grill in the upper part of the oven for 10 - 12 minutes. Serve once the dish has cooled a little.
