Vegetable Bread

Delicious gluten-free vegetable bread with added spices. With few ingredients, there's no proving time needed. Lovely as an accompaniments or as a snack.

  • 100 g Salad Cheese In Cubes
  • 150 g Greek Yogurt
  • tsp Finely Grated Lime Zest
  • Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1 kg Broccoli
  • 100 g Almond Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • tsp Fine Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Roughly Chopped Parsley


Step 1

Break up the cheese in a bowl and stir in the yogurt, lime peel and pepper. Cover it in a cool place until serving.

Step 2

Chop the broccoli in a food processor at the fastest speed for approximately 2 minutes.

Step 3

Pour the chopped broccoli into a bowl and add the other ingredients. Mix it together.

Step 4

Pour the mixture on to a tray lined with baking paper and distribute the mixture so that it becomes approximately ½ cm thick - (approximately 25 x 40 cm).

Step 5

Bake the bread in the middle of the oven. When you remove it from the oven for ½ hour at 200 °.

Step 6

Remove the tray and let the bread cool down whilst still on the baking paper. Remove the baking paper once cool and cut the bread into suitable pieces.
