Tuna Spaghetti
Delicious and lightly cooked spaghetti with super tasty tuna sauce. For more fibre - make it with whole grain spaghetti.

Ingredients
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 2 Red Peppers
- 1 Leek
- 185 g Tuna in Oil
- 5 g Butter
- 200 ml Creme Fraiche
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Pinch Pepper
- 50 g Capers
Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta. De-seed and slice the peppers. Roughly chop the leek. Drain the tuna. Fry the pepper and leek in butter in a frying pan.
Step 2
Stir in the crème fraîche and let it boil for a few minutes. Add the tuna and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta. Sprinkle over capers. Serve immediately.
