Thai Red Chicken

Red curry paste gives not only colour but a delicious flavour to this chicken dish!

  • 500 g Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 5 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Fresh Red Chilli
  • 1½ tbsp Red Curry Paste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Peel And Juice Of 1 Lime
  • 200 g Chicken Broth
  • 3 tsp Japanese Soy
  • 3 tsp Wheat Flour
  • 200 g Natural Yogurt


Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into slices and brown in butter in a frying pan. Salt.

Step 2

Peel and chop the garlic. Cut and chop the chilli. Fry the garlic, chilli and curry paste in sesame oil in a non-stick pan.

Step 3

Add honey, zest and juice from the lime, stock and soy. Stir the flour into the yogurt and stir it into the sauce.

Step 4

Add in the chicken and simmer for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly."
