Taco Chicken

Taco chicken is baked in the oven - small chicken legs are easy to eat with your fingers and perfect for tapas. Corn chips are used for the coating on the chicken to make it crispy and fun!

Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Legs
  • 15 Corn Chips
  • 50 g Butter
  • ½ tsp Sambal Oeleks
  • 1 tsp Pressed Lime Juice
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 100 ml Creme Fraiche
  • 50 ml Taco Sauce

Method

Step 1

Heat the oven to 225 °.

Step 2

Crush the chips. Melt the butter. Add sambal oil, lime juice and salt. Brush the chicken legs with the butter, and roll in the crushed chips.

Step 3

Place the chicken on baking paper on an oven tray. Fry in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes until golden.

Step 4

Mix crème fraîche and taco sauce and serve.
