- 800 g Chicken Breast Fillets
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 2 Pinches Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Coarsely Chopped Fresh Chives
- 50 ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 50 ml Rapeseed Oil
- 1 tbsp Pressed Lime Juice
Heat the oven to 225 °C.
Fry the chicken fillets on both sides in butter. Once cooked, place in an oven-proof dish. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
Allow to cool and cut into thin slices. Prepare the sauce by whisking together sweet chillisauce, butter, rapseed oil and lime juice.
Place the fillets on a large dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over and sprinkle with the chives.
