Sweet Chili Chicken Fillet

Chicken fillets become extra juicy and tasty in a delicious sweet chilli dressing.

  • 800 g Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1½ tsp Salt
  • 2 Pinches Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Coarsely Chopped Fresh Chives

Chilli Dressing

  • 50 ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 50 ml Rapeseed Oil
  • 1 tbsp Pressed Lime Juice


Step 1

Heat the oven to 225 °C.

Step 2

Fry the chicken fillets on both sides in butter. Once cooked, place in an oven-proof dish. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.

Step 3

Allow to cool and cut into thin slices. Prepare the sauce by whisking together sweet chillisauce, butter, rapseed oil and lime juice.

Step 4

Place the fillets on a large dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over and sprinkle with the chives.
