Steak Teriyaki

Steak teriyaki is a Japanese classic that you can easily cook in minutes and finish with the teriyaki sauce. Serve the steak with rice and some sesame seeds on top.

Ingredients

  • 400 g Shredded Beef E.g.. Inner Thigh
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Carrots
  • 250 g Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • tsp Salt
  • Can Of Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • About 1 tsp Sambal Oeleks
  • 250 ml White Sauce

Method

Step 1

Peel and slice onions and carrots. Cut the broccoli into small bouquets and shred the remaining stems.

Step 2

Salt and brown the meat, a little at a time, in butter in a large frying pan. Take out the meat and fry the vegetables.

Step 3

Put the meat back and pour on teriyaki sauce, soy, sambal oil and cream. Let everything boil for a few minutes.
