Steak Bearnaise
Grilled steak served with a bearnaise sauce - a real classic! You can grill the steak whole and then cut it up when serving.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 600 g Steak
- 200 g Greenbeans
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
- 200 ml Creme Fraiche
- 1 tsp Dried Tarragon
- ½ tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Grated Brown Onions
- 10 g Chopped Fresh Parsley
- ½ tsp Salt
Method
Step 1
Brush the steak with a little butter. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side. Move the meat a little and allow it to grill steadily for 5-8 minutes.
Step 2
Boil green beans in lightly salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain off the water. Stir in the butter, garlic and pepper.
Step 3
Mix the rest of the ingredients in the saucepan and cook. Cut the meat into slanted slices. Salt and pepper.
