- 200 g Chopped Frozen Spinach
- tbsp Wheat Flour
- 50 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
- 300 g Turkish Yogurt
- Salt & Pepper
Thaw and squeeze out the liquid from the spinach.
Stir the flour into the milk and mix with the spinach in a saucepan and let boil for 3-5 minutes.
Mix with the yogurt and season with salt and pepper.
