Spinach Stir-In Yogurt

A creamy spinach tart that is great with a piece of bread or alongside Persian food.

  • 4 servings


  • 200 g Chopped Frozen Spinach
  • tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 50 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
  • 300 g Turkish Yogurt
  • Salt & Pepper


Step 1

Thaw and squeeze out the liquid from the spinach.

Step 2

Stir the flour into the milk and mix with the spinach in a saucepan and let boil for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3

Mix with the yogurt and season with salt and pepper.
