Spicy Nuts with Apricots

A salty, sweet and spicy snack.

  • 25 g Butter
  • 100 g Cashew Nuts
  • 60 g Chopped Almonds
  • 100 g Dried Apricots Cut Into Strips
  • tsp Sea Salt
  • 1½ tsp Garam Masala


Step 1

Melt the butter in a pan and heat the cashew nuts and almonds for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2

Add the salt and garam masala and heat for about another minute and stir in the apricots.

Step 3

Pour the spiced nuts into a bowl and let them cool down and serve.
