- 400 g Minute Steaks
- 1 Brown Onion
- 5 g Butter For Frying
- tsp Salt
- 125 g Spinach Leaves
- 50 ml Water
- 40 g Creme Fraiche With Herbs
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes
Cut the meat into strips. Peel and slice the onion.
Fry the meat and onions in butter in a frying pan. Add in the salt and stir in the spinach until it wilts. Add water and crème fraiche.
Cook. Cut the tomatoes in half and stir them into the pan.
