- 120 g Wheat Flour
- 120 g Cornflour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 200 ml Natural Pouring Yogurt
- 5 tbsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- Possibly 1 tbsp Polenta
Heat the oven to 200 °. Grease a loaf tin with removable edge, about 18 cm in diameter.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Add pouring yogurt, butter and eggs and stir into a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the tin and sprinkle polenta. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
