Simple Corn Bread

Bread that gets its colour and flavour from corn. Just mix together the ingredients and bake. Slice and toast the bread, and serve with butter.

Ingredients

  • 120 g Wheat Flour
  • 120 g Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 200 ml Natural Pouring Yogurt
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • Possibly 1 tbsp Polenta

Method

Step 1

Heat the oven to 200 °. Grease a loaf tin with removable edge, about 18 cm in diameter.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Add pouring yogurt, butter and eggs and stir into a smooth batter.

Step 3

Pour the batter into the tin and sprinkle polenta. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
