Simple Cheesecake

A beautifully light and tasty cheesecake made with cottage cheese, which has a taste of almond and goes particularly well with cloudberry jam.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 30 g Wheat Flour
  • 500 g Cottage Cheese
  • 300 ml Whipping Cream
  • 60 g Chopped Almonds
  • 2 Chopped Bitter Almonds
  • 200 g Cloudberry Jam
  • 200 ml Whipping Cream


Step 1

Heat the oven to 175 °.

Step 2

Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a greased ovenproof tin/mould and bake in the middle of the oven for 35-45 minutes.

Step 3

Serve the cheesecake warm with cloudberry jam and whipped cream.
