Simple Bolognese

A creamy meat sauce with a taste of French mustard and garlic. Fast, easy and tasty!

  • 4 servings


  • 400 g Mince Meat
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 150 ml Single Cream
  • 150 ml Meat Stock
  • 1 tsp French Mustard
  • 300 g Pasta Fusilli
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 160 g Grated Cheddar


Step 1

Chop the garlic clove. Fry the minced meat and garlic in the butter in a pan. Stir so the mince crumbles and browns.

Step 2

Add the cream sauce and cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes. Flavour with the mustard.

Step 3

Cook the pasta as directed on the packet.

Step 4

Chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Chop the parsley. Serve the sauce with the pasta and top with tomatoes, parsley and grated cheese.
