Seafood Sauce
A quick and savoury sauce with sour cream. Try it with a risotto - it's delicious!
- 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Brown Onion
- 1 tbsp Tomato Purée
- tbsp Shellfish Stock
- 150 ml Water
- 250 ml Sour Cream
- tsp Salt
Method
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry the onion in the butter in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add the tomato puree and cook for about another 1 minute. Add the stock and water, and boil for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the sour cream and cook for about 5 minutes. Add a little salt.
