Salted Almonds

Salted almonds are easy to make and always taste delicious. These salted almonds are great as a snack and can be eaten both warm or cold. So make yourself some salted almonds the next time you fancy a snack.

  • 12 servings


  • 200 g Almonds
  • 200 ml Lukewarm Water
  • 3 tbsp Fine Salt
  • 10 g Butter


Step 1

Soak the almonds in the water. Add salt whilst stirring, stir until the salt has dissolved. Place the almonds on the kitchen table for approximately 15 minutes.

Step 2

Sieve the almonds. Distribute them on a sheet of baking paper with the butter.

Step 3

Bake the almonds in the middle of the oven at 20 minutes at 150 C." - turn the almonds 2-3 times when the butter is melted.

Step 4

Allow the almonds to cool on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Serve them as snack, warm or cold.
