Salad Nicoise
Salad Nicoise is a traditional dish originating from the French city of Nice. In this salad, the sardines are mixed with the cottage cheese, giving it slightly more salty flavour.

Ingredients
- 200 g Frozen Fine Green Beans
- 200 g Tuna In Oil
- 3 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 Soft-Boiled Eggs
- 200 g Mixed Green Salad
- 2 tbsp Capers
- About 12 Black Olives
- 250 g Cottage Cheese
- 50 g Sardine Fillet
- Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
Method
Step 1
Cook the beans and leave them to cool. Drain the tuna and break into pieces. Peel and slice the potatoes, onions and eggs. Shred the salad.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a large dish. Mash the sardines and mix with the cottage cheese and then mix with the green salad.
Step 3
Finally swirl over the olive oil and season with pepper. Garnish with lemon slices.
