Roasted Mashed Potatoes

Small, roasted potatoes become wonderfully soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Mix the potatoes with fresh spinach or rocket before serving, for colour and taste.

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 900 g Delicacy Potatoes
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 5 Sprigs Of Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Piece Butter


Step 1

Heat the oven to 225 °.

Step 2

Wash the potatoes carefully. Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes. Sieve and place the potatoes in an ovenproof tin.

Step 3

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme and mix well with butter. Cook in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes.

Step 4

Crush the potatoes before serving."
