Red Pesto
A red pesto with the taste of creamy cheese and the beautiful colour of sweet tasting sun-dried tomatoes. It's great for pasta or as a snack spread on artisan breads.

Ingredients
- 50 g Walnuts
- 6 Sun-Dried Tomatoes In Oil
- 20 g Coarsely Chopped Fresh Basil
- 1 Chopped Garlic Clove
- 100 ml Rapeseed Oil
- 50 g Hard Cheese
- 1 Pinch Salt
Method
Step 1
Toast the walnuts in a dry, hot frying pan. Mix them with sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic and oil.
Step 2
Grate the cheese and add. Season with salt. Serve cold.
