- 50 g Walnuts
- 6 Sun-Dried Tomatoes In Oil
- 20 g Coarsely Chopped Fresh Basil
- 1 Chopped Garlic Clove
- 100 ml Rapeseed Oil
- 50 g Hard Cheese
- 1 Pinch Salt
Toast the walnuts in a dry, hot frying pan. Mix them with sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic and oil.
Grate the cheese and add. Season with salt. Serve cold.
