Quesadillas with Smoked Turkey

Warm sandwiches made the Mexican way - great for all ages. For delicate taste buds, remove the chilli.

  • 6 Soft Tortillas
  • ½ Fresh Red Chilli
  • 100 g Smoked Turkey Slices
  • 200 g Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 150 g Grated Cheddar
  • 100 ml Creme Fraiche
  • 2 tbsp Taco Sauce


Step 1

Slice and deseed the chilli thinly. Place the turkey slices on 3 tortilla breads. Sprinkle with chilli, cheese and spinach. Add the remaining 3 tortilla breads and press gently to make a quesadilla.

Step 2

Fry them in dry, hot frying pan 2-3 minutes on each side. Cut the tortilla bread into triangles. Mix tacos sauce with crème fraîche and serve.
