- 75 g Butter
- 150 g Wheat Flour
- 250 ml Quark
- 350 g Pumpkin
- 300 g Salad Cheese With Mixed Herbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
Heat the oven to 200º.
Cut the butter into small pieces and rub into the flour. Add the quark and work quickly to make a dough.
Roll the dough out for the pie base, put into pie dish and prick with a fork. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Cook the pie base for about 10 minutes.
Peel, core and grate the pumpkin roughly. Pour the cheese into a colander and let it drain.
Whisk the eggs and mix with salt and pepper. Mix the pumpkin and cheese together along with the spices.
Pour the filling into the pie base and bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
