- 200 ml Water
- 25 g Yeast
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 300 g Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Rock Salt
Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in the water.
Add oil, flour and salt.
Knead the dough until it is smooth and stretchy.
Cover the dough and place it to rise in a warm area. Let it rise to double its size, which will take approximately 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 portions and thinly roll the 4 dough pieces into 4 pizza bases (about 25 cm in diameter).
Place the pizza on baking sheets and add your toppings.
Bake the pizzas in the oven 2 at a time - until the bottoms are crispy and the toppings are golden. Baking time: 15-20 minutes at 225 C in a fan-assisted oven."
