- 4 Pepper In Different Colours
- 2 Small Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 10 g Butter
- tsp Coarse Salt
- 250 ml Single Cream
- 100 g Mild Ajvar Relish (Red Pepper Paste In A Jar)
- 500 g Fresh Pasta
- 100 g Grated Cheese
Half the peppers, remove the seeds and cut the peppers into smaller pieces.
Heat the butter on a high heat, without burning it. Sweat garlic and bell pepper for approximately 2 minutes.
Add cream, ajvar relish, thyme and salt and let the dish boil on an even heat for approximately 3 minutes. Taste.
Cook the pasta following the instructions on the packet. Sieve the pasta. Serve the pasta and pepper sauce with grated cheese. Serve immediately.
