Pancakes with Blueberries

Pancakes for dessert will never go out of fashion. These can be made the day before. Try them with whipped cream too.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 300 g Purified Blueberries
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 g Wheat Flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Melted Butter

Method

Step 1

Heat the honey in a pan until it is completely "runny". Pour the honey over the berries and let it soak - until the pancakes are finished.

Step 2

Beat the milk, eggs, flour and sugar together. Beat in the melted butter.

Step 3

Take 50ml of batter and pour into a hot pan (about 17 cm in diameter). Cook the thin pancake at an even heat for approximately 1½ minutes or until it is golden. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1 1/2 minutes (about 3 minutes in total).

Step 4

Cook the rest of the pancakes. We recommend you beat the batter between cooking each pancake.
