- 1 Yellow Onion
- 300 g Pasta
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 800 g Mixed Fresh Mushrooms
- 5 g Butter
- 150 ml Dry White Wine
- 250 ml White Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Pinches Black Pepper
- 10 g Coarsely Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 80 g Grated Extra Mature Cheddar
Cook the pasta.
Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Cut the mushrooms into pieces. Fry the onions and the mushrooms in a buttered frying pan, until the butter has been absorbed.
Add garlic and wine. Let the wine cook in. Pour on the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add parsley. Mix the sauce with the pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
