Mango Chicken

Choose a ripe mango for the best taste.

  • 1 kg Chicken Parts
  • 5 g Butter
  • Red Chilli
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube
  • 1 tbsp Chinese Soy
  • 1 Leek
  • 200 ml Creme Fraiche
  • 2 tbsp Mango Chutney
  • 1 Mango


Step 1

Fry the chicken parts in butter in a frying pan. Move them over to a pot.

Step 2

Cut the chili and remove the seeds and add to the pot. Add the water, stock cube and soy. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 3

Add the roughly sliced leeks, crème fraîche and mango chutney to the pot. Let the pot boil for about 5 minutes.

Step 4

Peel mangoes and remove the core. Cut the mango into pieces and stir into the pot.
