Macaroni Heaven

Wonderfully satisfying macaroni that makes enough for all the party! And the leftovers are perfect for lunch the next day.

  • 800 g Cooked Macaroni
  • 1 Leek
  • 200 g Frozen Autumn Root
  • 200 g Vienna Sausages (Preferably Chicken)
  • 1 Knob Butter
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 4 Eggs
  • 300 ml Whole Milk Or Single Cream


Step 1

Heat the oven to 200 °.

Step 2

Cut the leek and the frozen root vegetables into strips. Slice the sausage. Fry everything in butter in a frying pan.

Step 3

Stir the cooked macaroni and season with rosemary, salt and pepper. Pour it into a greased ovenproof dish.

Step 4

Whisk eggs, cream and milk together. Pour it into the dish. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes."
