Lunch Salad
Salad with spicy cottage cheese, pepper and red onion. Spicy and filling!

Ingredients
Main Salad
- 200 g Cottage Cheese
- 1½ tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
- tsp Coarse Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- 150 g Iceberg Lettuce In Coarse Pieces
- 50 g Red Pepper In Cubes
- 25 g Finely Chopped Red Onion
- 125 g Cherry Tomatoes Cut In Half
Garnish
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Handful Pumpkin Seeds
Additions
- 120 g Coarse Stale Bread
Method
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese with chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper and place in the refrigerator for at least ½ hour.
Step 2
Mix the red pepper and red onion together with the cottage cheese - and lay on a base of lettuce with the halves of tomatoes scattered over.
Step 3
Decorate with basil and pumpkin seeds and serve with bread.
