Lunch Salad

Salad with spicy cottage cheese, pepper and red onion. Spicy and filling!

Main Salad

  • 200 g Cottage Cheese
  • 1½ tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • tsp Coarse Salt
  • Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 150 g Iceberg Lettuce In Coarse Pieces
  • 50 g Red Pepper In Cubes
  • 25 g Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • 125 g Cherry Tomatoes Cut In Half


  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 Handful Pumpkin Seeds


  • 120 g Coarse Stale Bread


Step 1

Mix the cottage cheese with chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper and place in the refrigerator for at least ½ hour.

Step 2

Mix the red pepper and red onion together with the cottage cheese - and lay on a base of lettuce with the halves of tomatoes scattered over.

Step 3

Decorate with basil and pumpkin seeds and serve with bread.
