- 300 ml Whipping Cream
- 2 Sour Apples
- 150 g Finely Chopped Fresh Kale
- 80 g Raisins
- ½ tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Coarse Salt
- 1 Pinch Ground Pepper
- 1 kg Boiled Potatoes
- 500 g Smoked Ham
Whip the cream in a bowl until light and creamy.
Grate the apples coarsely and immediately fold into the cream.
Add in the other ingredients. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least ½ hour.
