Kale Chips

Really crispy and tasty kale chips. Toast in the oven with oil and butter. Salt and serve as a snack or as a side.

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 200 g Kale
  • tsp Salt


Step 1

Heat the oven to 175 °.

Step 2

Melt the butter and allow to cool. Tear off the thin kale leaves from the stem and break into smaller pieces.

Step 3

Mix the kale, butter and salt together. Put half of mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast in oven for about 10 minutes until the kale is crispy. Repeat with remaining kale.
