Italian Chicken Pasta
Viva Italia with this quick and tasty Chicken Pasta. Cover with parmesan, before serving, for that Italian feel!

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken Breast Fillets
- 300 g Tagliatelle
- 250 g Frozen Spinach
- 2 Cloves Of Garlic
- 50 g Sundried Tomatoes
- 5 g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
- 250 ml Whipped Cream
Method
Step 1
Start by boiling the pasta as directed on the package.
Step 2
Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out the excess water. Peel and chop the garlic. Coarsely-cut the tomatoes and spinach.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into small pieces and brown it in butter in a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add garlic, tomatoes, spinach and cream. Let it boil for a few minutes. Serve the sauce with the pasta.
