Hot Chilli with Chorizo

Chorizo with beans makes a spicy, tasty chilli.

  • 400 g Mince
  • 100 g Chorizo
  • 2 Red Onion
  • 1 Fresh Red Chilli
  • 1 Knob Butter
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 400 g Kidney Beans
  • 1 Can of Whole Tomato
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 200 g Natural Yogurt


Step 1

Cut the sausage into pieces. Peel and chop the onions. Cut and chop the chilli. In a pan, fry the pork in butter. Stir in sausages and onions and let it heat. Stir in chilli and cumin.

Step 2

Rinse the beans and let them drain. Pour the beans and tomatoes into the pan. Bring to the boil for a few minutes and season with salt.

Step 3

Stir in half of the yogurt and take the pan off the heat. Serve with the rest of the yogurt and salad.
