- 1½ kg Ribs
- 50 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Orange Juice
- 1½ tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sambal Oeleks Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Liquid Honey
- 1 tsp Flake Salt
- 500 g Brussel Sprouts
- 80 g Grated Cheddar
Heat the oven to 125°.
Melt the butter, mix it with the other ingredients in a marinade and cover the meat.
Place the meat with the bone side up in an ovenproof dish and roast in the middle of the oven for about 2 hours.
Turn the meat around, moisten it with the marinade and cook for another 2 hours.
Rinse and cut the brussels sprouts into halves. Take the meat out of the oven and cut it into pieces.
Turn the oven temperature up to 225°. Put the meat back in and cover the ribs with the marinade once more.
Place the brussels sprouts into the dish and cook for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
