Hamburgers are a classic fast food, but homemade burgers taste so much better! Juicy and tasty, with customisable toppings to suit everyone. Yum!

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 400 g Beef Mince
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • Butter
  • 4 Sesame Seed Burger Buns
  • ½ Bag of Crispy Salad
  • 1 Pinch Paprika
  • ½ Red Onion (Sliced)
  • 20 g Rocket
  • 200 ml Sour Cream
  • 75 ml Sweet Chilli
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 120 g Cottage Cheese
  • 50 ml Burger Relish
  • 1 tbsp Mustard


Step 1

Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper then shape into 4 thin burgers.

Step 2

Fry some butter in a frying pan, add the mince patties and fry for about 1 minute on each side.

Step 3

Mix the sweet chili, sour cream and salt together for the dressing. Place in a bowl ready for your guests to help themselves.

Step 4

Plate up your burgers, dressing, burger rolls and salad toppings onto a table and allow your guests to help themselves and build their own delicious burger.
